Company Overview:

Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in‑home care company in the United States, growing to over 250 offices across 39 states in under 5 years. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are expanding our presence across the globe and are seeking out an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch.

Responsibilities:

  • As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
  • Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed, monitoring on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
  • In‑home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
  • Cultivating Culture: Create the workplace of choice for your territory, setting your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
  • Success with meeting sales and business development goals
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Base salary with 20% quarterly cash profit share

Job Details:

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $100,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate: Barrie, ON – Relocate before starting work (Required)
