We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial‑mindful Insurance Producers to join our dynamic team. This is a commission‑only role, ideal for driven individuals who thrive in a performance‑based environment and want to unlock unlimited earning potential.
We provide supplemental lead generation to help you hit the ground running and accelerate your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new insurance sales opportunities across personal and commercial lines.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
- Assess clients’ needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet those needs.
- Leverage company‑provided leads to supplement your prospecting efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively follow up with leads and referrals to drive business growth.

Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred but not required.
- Valid RIBO license / OTL willing to switch to RIBO.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and goal‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A strong desire to build a successful career in the insurance industry.
- Exceptional phone skills.
