About the role
The successful incumbent will be required to :
- Apply and sustain work practices in work area(s) to maintain safe work environment.
- Support Process Engineers in plant testing activities.
- Assist in data collection, review, and analysis.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Analyze results from lab testing and recommend improvement actions as appropriate.
- Support compliance to all applicable industrial, commercial and customer specifications.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in an accredited Canadian University Engineering Program related to mineral processing (i.e., mining, processing, metallurgy, chemical engineering, etc.).
- Familiarity with the mineral dressing industry.
- Strong PC skills, proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong listening and questioning capabilities.
