Overnight Crew Member – A&W Restaurant (Kenora, ON)

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Shift: Overnight (typically between 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic people to join our overnight crew. At A&W, we take pride in delivering great-tasting food made with care — and we know it takes a great team to make that happen.

As part of our overnight team, you’ll work together to keep the restaurant running smoothly while most of the city sleeps! You’ll take on a variety of tasks in both the kitchen and front of house, supporting your teammates to make sure every guest gets a clean, fresh, and welcoming experience.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and cook A&W menu items to standard recipes and procedures
• Take guest orders, process payments, and provide friendly, efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and dining area
• Restock supplies and prepare for the next day’s operations
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Work cooperatively with other team members to meet service goals
• Hand make our famous Onion Rings as well as other fresh vegetable preparation

What we’re looking for:

• A positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable performing multiple roles (kitchen, front counter, cleaning, etc.)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
• Previous quick-service or food handling experience is an asset, but not required
