Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic vision.
- Lead global manufacturing operations, providing direction to all plant managers while promoting best practices and standardization.
- Create and manage annual operational budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and performance metrics.
- Oversee capital expenditures and monitor variances to maintain financial discipline.
- Act as the primary liaison between manufacturing and key customers, ensuring satisfaction and responsiveness to quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cost reduction, efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Collaborate with business development and engineering teams to support new product introductions and evaluate business opportunities.
- Build and sustain a high-performing operations team, with a focus on leadership development and succession planning.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all operational jurisdictions.
- Lead strategic planning and expansion initiatives, as well as special corporate projects as assigned by the CEO and Board.

Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong background in engineering, budgeting, business development, and project management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required.
- Deep understanding of automotive manufacturing
- Proven track record in leading high-performance teams and delivering operational excellence on a global scale.
- Strong experience in: Strategic and financial planning, Capital project oversight, Quality and safety compliance, Customer and supplier relationship management, Tooling and component design for manufacture, Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Willingness and ability to travel globally
- Deep understanding of health & safety, quality assurance, and compliance standards
