Job Title : Machine Operator

Location : Belleville, Ontario

Pay Rate : $18.40 to $28.40 (depending on experience)

Schedule : Monday to Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support our Co-Pack Department in Belleville, Ontario . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate Copack machinery to facility standards
• Assist with maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Conduct troubleshooting activities to keep product up to quality standards
• Ensure compliance with the Ontario Heath & Safety Regulations
• Assist Line Leaders with production equipment to minimize downtime
• Reduce scrap levels by improving operating equipment performance
• Adhere to lock out / tag procedures and ensure that all safety equipment on machines is in proper working order
• Be familiar with relevant SDSs and WHMIS
• Other duties as assigned
