Graham is actively recruiting for a Commercial Product Specialist supporting the Corporate Division. Reporting to the Commercial Improvement Manager, the Commercial Product Specialist plays a key role in executing and sustaining Graham’s Commercial business plan.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
Coordinate and execute commercial improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities
Lead sustainment activities by maintaining tools, standards, documentation, and performance metrics within the Graham Management System (GMS)
Manage stakeholder feedback, prioritize enhancements, and facilitate transparent feedback loops across teams
Develop and implement change management, communication, and training plans to support adoption of new processes and tools
Analyze data and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor initiative outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actions
The Right Tools for the Job
Education: Post-secondary education in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience: 3 -7 years of relevant experience in initiative management, strategy, transformation, product management, or process improvement.
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint. Experience with Jira, DevOps, or Asana is considered an asset)
