Job Description

AECOM is currently seeking an Engineering Intern based in our Edmonton and Calgary offices.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• This is a co-op experience, designed to introduce and build essential, hands on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.

• Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and must have completed at least 1 year of study.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship experience with contractor relations and project coordination

• Good communication and time management skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office software & Construction apps

• Strong technical writing skills

• A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $25 to $28.
