Job description

At Tall Tree, you’ll join an award-winning clinic focused on exceptional integrated healthcare. We’re a diverse team that is endlessly nerdy— we love learning, teaching, and keeping up to date with the latest research. We’re the most multidisciplinary and comprehensive team in private healthcare in BC; we put each client at the center of this with our goal to match everyone with the right clinician or team of clinicians. We take pride in our passionate clinicians, inspiring and uplifting facilities, high-quality health services, and exceptional customer service. We’re committed to delivering healthcare in the best possible way— and we have a singular culture of respect, warmth, curiosity and enthusiasm that makes being a part of the Tall Tree team something to be truly proud of.

Join a Team Obsessed with Best Practice, Growth, and Enjoying the Work We Do

Come be part of a team that’s unapologetically nerdy about best practice, lifelong learning, and having fun while doing it. As a Physiotherapist at Tall Tree, you’ll join a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment where mentorship, growth, and clinical excellence are at the heart of everything we do. One of our core values is constant improvement—and we live it out through weekly Lunch & Learns, “Papers & Pints” research nights, the annual Tall Tree Summit and built-in mentorship and peer learning!

You’ll work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team—including occupational therapists, kinesiologists, psychologists, counsellors, and more—to deliver coordinated, high-quality care to a diverse range of clients. In this role, you’ll provide assessment and treatment for individuals with musculoskeletal concerns, persistent pain, and chronic health conditions, with plenty of opportunity for learning, mentorship, and growth. The community need is already there - we’re looking for someone ready to step in and meet it!

Compensation:
Physiotherapists working full-time (5 days per week) can expect to earn around $100,000–$140,000+ annually, depending on caseload and hours.

The fee split for this role ranges from 54% to 59%, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Physiotherapist, you will:

  • Conduct clinical assessments, treatments, and collaborative treatment planning for clients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions, persistent pain, neurological conditions, and/or mobility challenges related to aging or chronic disease.
  • Deliver exceptional care that is evidence-based, psychologically informed, and rooted in patient goals and values.
  • Collaborate with our team of kinesiologists, psychologists, clinical counsellors, and other health professionals to support integrated care when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with professional standards and to support multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Keep growing. You’ll stay current with the latest evidence, findings, trends, and developments to ensure clients receive the best possible care, and attend other educational opportunities available at Tall Tree.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A Registered Physiotherapist (or soon to be registered) in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
  • Clinically excellent, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, a commitment to ongoing development, and a deep respect for the individuality of each client’s experience.
  • Growth-oriented, with a passion for learning and a willingness to explore new methods and ideas in service delivery.
  • A skilled communicator, able to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly, empathetically, and confidently with clients.
  • Passionate about teaching and mentorship, eager to share knowledge and contribute to the learning culture at Tall Tree.
  • Curious and humble, showing up with openness, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to delivering care that makes a difference.

Benefits

  • Beautiful facilities -Thoughtfully designed spaces inspire our best work. All of our facilities have been designed and crafted with care, reflecting our dedication to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients, and a stellar work environment for our teams.
  • Keep growing - We dedicate a significant portion of our budget to continued education for our team. Whether it’s from our online learning platform full of courses, attending a conference, our journal club, lunch and learns, or through lunchroom chats with our colleagues, a deep love of learning is ingrained in our culture.
  • Guidance every step of the way - We’re committed to investing in your success every step of the way; our mentorship program pairs you with experienced team members who provide guidance and insights to help you continue to grow in your field. Our leadership development training equips you with the skills and confidence to take on greater responsibilities.
  • Prioritizing your health - We provide comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance plans designed to support you and your family’s well-being at every stage of life. Get free access to VO2 Max and DEXA testing, and Tall Tree’s gym and fitness facilities.
  • Hang out - Build deeper relationships at our annual Team Summit, and regular social events throughout the year. From inspiring guest speakers and professional development sessions to themed celebrations, group outings and board game nights, there are plenty of fun opportunities to fill your calendars!

Studies show that women and other marginalized groups often hesitate to apply unless they meet every requirement. If this role feels like a great fit but you don’t check every single box, we encourage you to apply anyway! We’re committed to building an inclusive, diverse team and hire based on talent and potential.
