Patient Services Specialist - Fixed Term

Our FYidoctors - Duncan and Mill Bay clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Patient Services Specialist.

This position is a fixed-term role working 30-40 hours per week, until July 31st 2026. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients everyday. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pre-testing duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
• Checking patients in and out of the office
• Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
• Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
• Administering pre-testing services
• Upholding excellent customer service standards

What Do You Bring?

• Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
• A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
• An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
