Job description
Looking for that next step in your career? Drake International’s Winnipeg Branch is looking to hire their next SUPERSTAR 360 Recruiter to assist with the flex staffing recruitment desk, and support in business development. With exceptional verbal, interpersonal presentation and negotiating skills.What we Offer

What You'll Do:
  • Flex staffing and permanent recruitment when required.
  • Prepare and post position descriptions and advertisements.
  • Collect and screen potential applicants, arrange interviews and required testing while continually building candidate inventory.
  • Establish and maintain long-term working relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, defining client business requirements, developing and expanding client relationships, and managing ongoing engagements.
  • Drive new client acquisition through outreach, cold/warm calling, networking, and in-person visits.
  • Manage the recruiting process through an existing database, networking, contacts, advertising campaigns and direct recruitment.
  • Strategize with your team to accomplish branch and personal growth goals.
What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Creative, innovative, and results-oriented problem solver.
  • Client-centric and able to build strong working relationships.
  • Exceptional organization skills, multi-task oriented, and efficient in time management.
  • Able to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
