What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform all duties in compliance to appropriate safety and security standards to reduce risk to employees and damage to property.
Operate various sizes and weights of equipment, such as excavator (35-95 tons), dozer (D8+), grader (Cat 14, JD870), haul truck (30 tons and 45 tons articulated haul truck) and front end loader.
Clean equipment, perform routine inspections, provide preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, and report defects to management.
Assist the plant operator to ensure plant productivity.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Who We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions common to heavy equipment operations.
What Will Help You Succeed:
We are looking for individuals with a hardworking attitude, who have working knowledge of tools and mechanics. Individuals must be self-motivated and adaptable to change. Other things that will help you succeed in this role include:
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Ability to observe proper safety precautions.

Source provides its customers with an end-to-end solution for frac sand supported by its Wisconsin and Peace River mines and processing facilities, its Western Canadian terminal network and its “last mile” logistics capabilities, including its trucking operations, and Sahara, a proprietary well site mobile sand storage and handling system.
Source’s full-service approach allows customers to rely on its logistics platform to increase reliability of supply and to ensure the timely delivery of frac sand and other bulk completion materials at the well site.
