ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is looking to add a Junior Commercial Property Manager who will be managing a small commercial portfolio to their team! They are seeking out a collaborative, team orientated individual who will have prime opportunity for growth and development within the role.
Your main job duties will include :
- Rent collection, responding to tenant enquiries, tenant account reconciliations, tenant coordination, invoice approvals, rent roll
- Meeting with commercial tenants on a regular basis and inspecting buildings’ interiors and exteriors.
- Providing a high standard of tenant relations and retention by ensuring problems are rectified in a prompt, effective and cost-efficient manner.
- Proactively communicating with tenants regarding property management issues, construction, and events within the neighborhoods where the properties are located.
- Ensure all Property Management policies and procedures are followed and adhered to in each of the properties.
- Develop appropriate operating procedures for buildings ensuring regulatory requirements are maintained.
- Following up on monthly building inspections to ensure all items identified are addressed in a timely manner.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience as a Junior Property Manager (Commercial) or Senior Commercial Property Administrator
- Must have obtained Property Management License
COMPENSATION
- $65,000 $75,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
- 3 weeks vacation
