MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Experience as a Senior Production Supervisor or as a Production Manager while being employed with an automotive manufacturing company
Experience with tracking efficiencies and downtime and it’s effect on daily production
Experience with : SPC, MSA, APQP, FMEA, PPAP
Experience with stamping and / or welding processes

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the daily production within the plant

Examines key performance indicators and communicates with the team their success. Also communicates area for improvement.

Participates in daily production meetings, employee development and employee retention

Ensures that everyone works in a safe mannger

Overall responsibilities for delivery performance, scrap and rework

Working knowledge of IATF 16949
