Jardeg is recruiting Pipefitter Journeyperson to join Heartland Constructors at the Suncor Fort Hills site near Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is a maintenance, full time, permanent position. Charter flights are provided from Calgary or Edmonton to site. The successful candidate would be on a 7/7 rotation, 12 hours per day, shifts alternating between days and nights. Steamfitter – pipefitters lay out, assemble, fabricate, maintain and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes. Pipefitters also remove and replace worn components, do general maintenance work and may work on plant shut-downs.
