Schedule : Monday to Friday, 30-40 hours per week, 8 : 30 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m. Pacific Time

Work Mode : Remote

Type : Contractor

Start : Mon Jan 30 (or as negotiated)

Duration : Until Mid May 2026 with potential extension(s)

Limitations : All work must be performed in Canada

What You Will Do

Design and develop full-stack custom web app using Microsoft stack as a member of an Agile development team.
Collaborate with product manager, solution architect, business analysts, and a cross-functional team.
Participate in Agile process (scrums, sprint planning and retrospectives).
Write structured, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with business requirements as described in user stories and acceptance criteria.
Use GitHub Copilot (license provided) improve productivity, document code, and generate unit tests.
Work with the QA team to address bugs.
Conduct peer code and PR reviews.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as a full-stack developer in an Agile environment for minimum of five (5) years.

Mastery of developing using Azure services , including Azure SQL, Function Apps, Azure App Service, Azure storage technologies, and Azure Key Vault.

Proficiency in using Azure DevOps as a developer.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities in English.

Someone who resides in Canada and has lived in Canada for at least three (3) years .

Nice to Have

Proficiency in Azure DevOps CI / CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).

Experience with Bicep automation and PowerShell scripting.

Familiarity with other Azure services is a benefit, such as Azure Entra ID, Azure B2C, Front Door, Web Application Firewall, Defender for Cloud.
