Machine Operator Responsibilities : Follow and comply with all safety, work, and employment policies and procedures Set-up, start-up, and operate pultrusion machines Keep the pultrusion machines stocked with raw materials - i.e; resin Monitor the flow of raw materials going into the product to ensure continuous production Operate the control panels on the pultrusion machines Inspect quality during the product run - physical measurements and visual inspections Clean production tooling and equipment Package, label, and document information on finished products Any other duties as directed by their supervisor. Requirements : Ability to follow and comply with all safety, work, and employment policies and procedures Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers Must be able to wear all required personal protective gear Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to work overtime as required Must be able to lift 25+ pounds overhead Must be able to lift, turn, bend, reach, pull, and walk High School diploma or equivalent Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
