Cloud and Infrastructure Security Associate Manager

Location : Montreal, Canada

Key Responsibilities :

• Taking the lead in managing a comprehensive cybersecurity environment.
• Implementing SASE / ZTNA / NGFW programs by overseeing the entire process, from architecture and design to implementation and troubleshooting.
• Providing support for problem and change management for SASE / ZTNA / NGFW. This involves collaborating with the Network and security support team to identify and address incidents and issues.
• Contributing to defining the scope of SASE / ZTNA / NGFW solutions and services.
• Establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with clients to ensure that their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
• Conducting SASE / ZTNA / NGFW assessments based on specific client requirements.
• Assigning and overseeing teams and individual staff working on projects of varying scope to ensure that they are completed within defined requirements and budgets.

Additionally, maintaining communication with business leadership about project status and addressing any issues that may arise at the system level.

• Monitoring and reviewing the progress and accuracy of work, and offering technical guidance on more complex issues.
• Serving as a mentor and role model, upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Travel is possible due to project in whole Canada.

Basic Qualification :

• Proficiency in both spoken and written French.
• Experience in SASE / ZTNA / NGFW architecture, design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Technical adaptability to quickly learn and deploy new SASE / ZTNA / NGFW technologies tailored for medium to large businesses.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in NGFW infrastructure and Zero Trust Network Access infrastructure security assessments and architecture design.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud & infrastructure security, which includes designing and architecting solutions based on specific client requirements.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting and implementing cloud & infrastructure solutions across various service areas / groups.
• A strong understanding of routing, Firewall, SWG, CASB, VPN, DLP, UEBA, and RBI.
• A solid background in network troubleshooting.
• Experience in both on-premises and cloud-based Network Architecture Design.
• Familiarity with the Palo Alto vendor and its products.
• Experience in working in a consulting environment.
• Preferred certifications in Palo Alto NGFW and SASE.
• A proven track record of strong problem-solving skills, along with exceptional technical writing and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing MS Visio to create various types of diagrams.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Fluency in English is required for this role, as it involves regular interaction with stakeholders across Canada, the US, and other countries within the company's global footprint where English is the primary language.

Nice to have skills :

Experience with compliance regulations such as PCI.

Security Certifications like CISSP, CISM, etc.
