Bilingual CRM Manager
Are you a bilingual marketing professional with digital experience with channels such as email and SMS.
Our client, in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Bilingual CRM Manager to support their Montreal location. In this role you will work full time hours on a 10 month assignment, working hybrid (3 / 5 days per week in office)

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Develop & Implement Email Marketing Strategies :
o Develop and lead key CRM projects by managing timelines with cross-functional teams
o Devise and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies tailored to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
o Utilize CRM tools and platforms to segment HCPs based on various criteria, ensuring targeted and personalized email campaigns.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing initiatives with overall brand and business objectives.
o Advise on copy & creative development of CRM channels, such as automated triggered messaging (not limited to email)
Manage CRM Systems & Data :
o Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies in handling HCP data.
o Implement data-driven approaches to analyze and interpret HCP behavior, optimizing email campaigns for improved engagement and conversion rates.
o Oversee agency execution of campaigns to ensure excellence in delivery, performance & measurement.
o Drive acquisition through cross-functional collaboration (ex : media, events, etc.)
Optimize Email Campaign Performance :
o Conduct A / B testing and analyze key performance metrics to refine email campaigns continuously.
o Report on campaign performance providing ad hoc post mortems to improve and inform future email strategy decisions
o Implement improvements based on insights gained from data analysis to enhance overall email campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or related field.
- 3+ years of digital experience with channels such as email and SMS.
- Good understanding of consumer behavior.
- Comfortable with data, including Google Analytics and CRM data.
- Strong analytical thinking to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize digital CRM campaigns.
- Experience working with SFMC and / or Veeva an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex digital strategies and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bilingual proficiency (French & English).
- Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership.
- Experience in driving and influencing change across a complex environment, including senior stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and / or AMPscript considered an asset.
