Role Overview

The Engineering Manager (EM) provides both people leadership and technical guidance, overseeing a cross-functional team of engineers. The EM ensures delivery on product goals, supports career growth, and contributes to scaling the product and company vision. They will partner with the Engineering, Product, and Design leaders to balance speed, quality, and long‑term scalability.
