As an Auto Sales Executive, you will advise new and existing clients in the branch on how to best protect their assets when it comes to automobile insurance.

You will build relationships and offer solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products while achieving performance targets.

You will have continuous learning and development opportunities to maintain licensing requirements and work towards your career goals.

  • Level 1 Insurance License required, Level 2 Insurance License will be considered an asset

A day in the life -

  • Build relationships with clients, colleagues and automobile dealership representatives
  • Creatively offer a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products
  • Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments and more
  • Upsell and cross-sell other insurance products from our other departments
  • Administrative duties, such as, answering the phone, inventory restock

Salary Expectations

The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, ie., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate’s book of business at a particular time.

The expected base salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $55,000.00, plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance.

The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
