You will have 6 direct reports and 10 indirect reports.
Ideally for this role you need to reside : North Shore, South Shore or Greater Montreal Area.
YOUR CHALLENGES
Overall responsibility of the region : grow the skills and responsibility of the sales team. Increase revenue and profitability while holding the team accountable for respective metrics.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and implement the business development strategy and ensure its execution
Structure and optimize the prospecting process and the follow‑up with clients in a spirit of partnership
Develop and maintain exemplary relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and vendors
Build, develop and guide a team of outside representatives from sales managers to account managers
Prepare and manage the budget with full P&L responsibilities
Participation in M&A process for the region
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in a similar role
Experience in health and safety within the mining, construction or manufacturing sector a definite asset
Experience in full P&L accountability
Experience in executive negotiation
Ability to manage underperformance
Customer‑centric mindset and ability to build long‑term value
Agility in leveraging AI tools and adapting strategies
Coaching‑oriented leadership and strong commercial acumen
High energy and always able to amp it up
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel between 4 to 7 days a month
