Inside Sales Representative

Our client in the HVAC industry is looking for an Inside Sales Person in the GTA. This role is a great opportunity for someone with good drive to join a growing business. The position will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Drive marketing/products/customers/strategies
• Work closely with teams cross functionally
• Responsible for successfully managing the sales process; lead generation, developing solutions, negotiation, closing and post sales service
• Focus on relationship building and growing sales within existing business (products & Services)
• Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration is up to date using the company systems
• Support outside sales
• Work with Credit setting up project accounts/credit issues/etc.
• Work with inventory teams to address issues and concerns
• Visit/call customers – address any issues
• Account planning and forecasting
• Conduct monthly business reviews with the Senior management
• Responsible for new and existing business. You are expected to be autonomous however you will work in close collaboration with your supervisor for complex pitches and strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma
• Experience in a sales/customer service environment
• Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Excellent ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
