Role Description

As a Service Manager at Cam Air Refrigeration & Heating, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating service technicians, scheduling maintenance and repair tasks, monitoring work quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, troubleshooting issues, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Lethbridge, AB.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate schedules, and lead service operations
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Experience in inventory management and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Journeyman certification in refrigeration
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols in HVAC and refrigeration services
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and service management software
