Salary : $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Your area of focus

In this position, the Warranty Clerk is responsible for working with and overseeing warranty claims, processing them in a timely and accurate manner, and ensuring that warranty‑related issues are handled in compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies. The role involves working closely with service department staff, customers, and manufacturers to ensure warranty repairs and claims are properly documented, submitted, and paid.

What drives your day‑to‑day?

• Process warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to manufacturers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for warranty work and claims.
• Communicate with customers regarding warranty status and address concerns.
• Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure proper warranty documentation and parts management.
• Monitor compliance with manufacturer standards and assist with reporting and audits.
