Adecco is currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our client's team in Fredericton, NB.
This role involves investigating customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Pay rate : $18.22 / hour.
- Location : Fredericton, NB
- Shifts : Shifts bid based on performance.
- Monday-Friday shifts within 7 : 00am-11 : 00pm
- Saturday-Sunday shifts within 10 : 00am-10 : 00pm

- Investigate customer inquiries and categorize calls to ensure proper resolution.
- Update customer accounts and complete billing transactions to rectify errors and process adjustments.
- Suggest additional or alternative products and services to meet customer needs.
- Proactively maintain and enhance ongoing customer relationships.
- Escalate calls as appropriate when issues cannot be resolved on the first contact.
- Exhibit good knowledge of customer care functions, demonstrating analysis, judgment, and sensitivity to customer needs.
- Manage interactions with irate customers in stressful situations with tolerance and professionalism.
- Utilize computer skills effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and respond positively to feedback.
- Work flexible shifts and days as required. Requirements :
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
