Position Summary :
The Program Support Assistant (“PSA”) provides administrative support to the assigned clinical program and to the Program Manager. The PSA is responsible for facilitating the non‑clinical operations of the assigned program, which may include reception, scheduling, coordinating team meetings (distributing agendas and taking minutes), administering client records, administering program referrals and correspondence, reviewing paperwork, monitoring inventory, purchasing supplies, and liaising with team members, clients, and third parties (i.e. contractors). The PSA may be assigned to work in‑person at any of CMHA HPE’s office locations, providing on‑site reception and office administration support to the assigned location(s). The PSA will be expected to provide back‑up coverage at other CMHA HPE office locations from time‑to‑time. The PSA is a front‑line service provider, and often the first point‑of‑contact for the general public and clients arriving for in‑person service; it is expected that the PSA will work in the reception area during regular business hours.
