Business Analyst – Digital Shared Services (Healthcare IT)
Location : Remote (within Canada only)
Duration : April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027 (Option Term to June 30, 2027)

Shared Health is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support its Digital Health initiatives, enabling the transformation of healthcare delivery across the provincial health sector. The successful candidate will facilitate requirements gathering, process standardization, system integration, and support large-scale healthcare IT implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15 years experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare environments.
Minimum 5 years experience implementing standardized clinical and operational processes on a provincial scale.
Minimum 3 years experience implementing EHRs in clinical environments, including multi-hospital deployments.
Minimum 5 years experience performing HL7-based integration and data conversion for RIS / PACS systems.
Minimum 3 years experience using software testing and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working remotely within Canada; must comply with PHIA requirements where applicable.
