As an EllisDon Furniture, Equipment and Design (“ED FED”) Project Coordinator, you will :

• Support the ED FED Project Managers (“PMs”) on existing and upcoming project works;
• Collaborate with external project team members such as the Client / Owner, Consultants, Vendors and Trade Partners;
• Coordinate FFE requirements with the consultants’ construction documents
• Facilitate regular project team, Stakeholder and User Group meetings as required.
• Assist with documentation administration
• Prepare and coordinate procurement documents;
• Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers to source furniture and medical equipment options, develop specifications, budget pricing, and meet procurement timelines;
• Plan and execute procurement activities between User Groups and potential vendors;
• Track project goals and deliverables, and regularly report progress to the PMs;
• Review site conditions pertaining to equipment and furniture.
• Coordinate vendor installation, commissioning, and end user training;
• Collect and collate delivery waybills, , commissioning and training documents; and create operation and maintenance manuals,
• Work at the project site
