CONTRACT TO HIRE

MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of UX / UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment
• Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
• Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing / prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Hands‑on experience collaborating with developers and executing A / B tests for CRO
• Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non‑technical audiences

EXPERIENCE

8+ years of UX / UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.

YOUR ROLE

Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data‑informed, CRO‑optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.
