What You'll Be Doing

At Fresh Prep, every day may be different! While we are currently in “growth mode”, things are becoming more and more streamlined. This means that your first day may not look like your third or your tenth, but each day you will be doing some of the following:

• Pick, pack and scan food products to fulfill individual customer meal kit orders

• Complete tasks to meet specific time targets, with performance evaluated regularly for every task

• Consistently meet a99.8% accuracy standard while working quickly and efficiently

• Follow all food safety, quality, and organization standards

• Work in a 4-6°C refrigerated environment ( the same temperature as a household fridge)

• Remain on your feet for the full 8-hour shift

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to work in a time-driven environment, quickly completing work while maintaining accuracy standards

• Strong attendance, including on-time arrival for every shift

• Comfortable working in cold conditions (0–10°C)

• Physically able to stand 8 hours and lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs

• Experience working in a fast-paced and/or Warehouse environment is not required, but is an asset

What You Can Expect

• Schedule of either: 3pm to 11pm (Friday - Tuesday) and 7am - 3pm (Friday-Tuesday)

• Wage of $20.23/hour
