Position : Landscape Maintenance ManagerJob Types : Full-time, PermanentSalary : $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per yearTransformations Landscaping is looking for a full-time maintenance manager! The successful applicant will have : * their Red Seal Horticulturalist certification* 3+ years in a management position Job duties include, but are not limited to : * Client Relations* Respond to client calls and emails within 24 hours.
- Consistent client follow up and engagement.* Manage damages to sites in a timely manner.* Conduct monthly site reviews / visits for all sites.
- Produce and distribute a quarterly update for each strata.* Build relationships with clients by engaging in monthly conversations.
- Administrative Tasks* Update, input and manage information for scheduling maintenance work and extras.* Create management reports and approve timesheets.
- Organize and utilize GSR’s with Foreman (monthly) and Owner (bi-weekly).* Assist with training Foreman on GSR’s for Lead Hands and Technicians.
- Fleet & Equipment* Ensure that staff have all equipment / trailers necessary for production.* Fleet is kept clean and in working order.
- Weekly : Ask staff to report any issues with company vehicles. Ensure problems are reported to office and follow up to ensure vehicles are operating safely.
- Winterize all equipment, prepare equipment for spring / summer.* Manage maintenance and storage of equipment.* Team* Create team bond with crew members.
- Showcase leadership with crews and help / train when necessary.* Scheduling and tracking all employees.* Schedule employees for maximum efficiency.
- Provide relevant information to the working crews at monthly company meetings.* Set and lead monthly GSR meetings with staff to discuss goals, production, and accountability.
- Conduct one-, two-, & three-month reviews for new employees under your management.* Prepare notes for and assist with conducting mid-season and year-end reviews.
- Training* Schedule ongoing training for maintenance employees.* Manage individual maintenance employee files.* Arrange, assist with, and oversee skills training for maintenance employees.
- Develop valid training programs for the maintenance department, including manager training.* Organize outside training classes for maintenance employees to enhance skills, knowledge, and safety.
