Job Description :

As a Computer Technician specializing in Windows, Apple, and Linux systems, you'll diagnose, repair, and optimize a variety of devices. This role focuses on high-quality technical work while supporting our consumer and B2B clients.

Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair Windows and Apple hardware / software issues (e.g., macOS troubleshooting, component replacements).
• Handle Linux-based systems (e.g., server configurations, Ubuntu / CentOS repairs).
• Perform data recovery, virus removal, and system upgrades.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to ensure efficient resolutions.
• Document repairs and provide customer updates.
• Assist with on-site / remote support for B2B clients as needed.
• Collaborate with sales team on custom builds and recommendations.
