Job description

Duration : 6 months to start, possibility of extension

Location : Mississauga, hybrid (2 days on site, Mon OR Thur and Wed)

Start Date : ASAP

Job ID : Responsibilities :

  • Work with the Senior Director, Marketplace Growth to build robust strategies to drive GMV growth based on analytics, and report on their effectiveness
  • Partner with the Marketplace Campaign manager to build and automate campaign and deals effectiveness reports to improve return on Marketing investment
  • Weekly KPI reporting on critical business metrics such as traffic, views, item conversion, AOV etc
  • Automated and Ad hoc BI reporting to help the business make quick, data driven decisions to drive GMV growth
  • Measure business on lead and lag indicators, highlighting potential risks, and strategize potential solutions
  • Collect, analyze and synthesize complete information from disparate sources into a clear, compelling and actionable story
  • Update and enhance existing Tableau / Qlik / Looker reports to meet the growing needs of the business

Must Haves :

  • 1+ year of ecommerce analytics experience
  • Strong data analytic skill
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience leveraging / manipulating Dashboards
  • Nice to Haves :

  • Retail experience
  • Adobe Analytics (Omniture)
