Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Parascak Family Chiropractic in Lethbridge, AB. This is an on-site role responsible for welcoming patients, assisting with appointment scheduling, managing receptionist duties, and providing exceptional customer service. The Chiropractic Assistant will play an integral role in creating a friendly and supportive environment, ensuring our patients feel valued and comfortable during their visits.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and proficiency in Phone Etiquette
• Experience with Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with chiropractic care or healthcare settings is a plus
• Basic computer skills and experience with office software
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to fostering patient satisfaction
• Assist the Doctor with examinations including consultations, nerve scans and setting up x-rays.
