As a member of the inside sales team, you deliver sales techniques and tools designed to assist the sales team in prospecting new business and developing customers. You play a crucial role in driving sales by providing technical expertise and support to our clients throughout the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, communicate product capabilities, and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Technical Expertise

• Develop customized solutions by mapping customer requirements to product capabilities, working closely with internal teams such as product development, engineering, and operations to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's technical products or services.
• Address technical inquiries, challenges, or concerns raised by customers, providing comprehensive and accurate information to facilitate decision-making.
• Propose, design, and present technical solutions that address the business and technical requirements of customers.
