Job description

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

Person who performs work related to personnel management, financial management, work organization and planning for the execution of complex administrative tasks by compiling and analyzing data. This job title also includes the person who is responsible for the administrative operation of a department and who oversees the department's internal and external relations. He is responsible for the activities of the department's office personnel.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for the logistics of incoming and outgoing goods;
  • Responsible for stock replenishment in the CMC;
  • Responsible for receiving, distributing and shipping goods;
  • Responsible for the delivery of various goods in the community;
  • Any other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Diploma of College Studies with specialization in administrative techniques from a school recognized by the Ministère de l'Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport;
  • This job also includes persons who, after having acquired relevant experience, obtained a certificate of college studies in Administrative Techniques.
  • Experience

  • Two (2) years of relevant experience;
  • Knowledge and Abilities

  • Knowledge of administrative theory, systems, techniques and practices;
  • Knowledge of the MSSS Network and administrative regulations is an asset;
  • Knowledge of stock replenishment in a double rack system;
  • Knowledge of general cargo handling;
  • Working knowledge of computer applications, in particular Virtuo, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Good organizational skills and able to handle multiple files at the same time;
  • Autonomous, flexible and discreet;
  • Practical, attentive to detail and analytical;
  • Sense of accountability, resourcefulness & vigilance;
  • Teamwork skills.
  • LANGUE

  • Fluent in English, Cree and French.
  • OTHER

  • Available to travel if needed for training.
  • The incumbent must be able to lift loads of up to 75 lbs.
