Service Supervisor – Build and Lead a High‑Performance Service Team

Position Overview : As a Service Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind a team committed to excellence in safety, quality, and customer service. Your leadership will be visible on the shop floor, where you will spend 80% of your time actively engaging with your team and ensuring every job meets the highest standards.

• Lead and Develop People : Inspire, coach and empower your team to grow, collaborate and deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure Quality : Drive a “right the first time” approach to repairs and service, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
• Optimize Performance : Manage resources and priorities to achieve operational goals without compromising quality or safety.
