This offer is for you!Offered Conditions : - Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, day shift, 40 hours / week- Salary ranging from $80,000 to $88,500 per year, based on experience- 3 weeks of vacation- Comprehensive benefits package starting from day one (drug insurance, dental insurance, travel insurance, disability) fully paid by the employer- Group RRSP with employer contribution after 3 months, with a contribution of up to 5% of salary- Bonus of up to 10%- Stable and well-established companyResponsibilities : - Supervise maintenance employees- Coordinate the team's work- Follow up on the maintenance schedule- Supervise urgent repair work and ensure operations run smoothly at all times- Lead team meetings- Participate in hiring and training new employees- Implement and ensure compliance with the Health and Safety program- Manage the work of certain subcontractors- Produce reportsRequirements : - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in supervising mobile equipment maintenance- Experience in supervising unionized staff is a strong asset- Relevant education related to the position (mechanics, electromechanics, or related fields)Interested in this position?
