Senior Director of Technology
Our client a successful solution provider is creating a new role for a Senior Director, who will help the organization’s trajectory by leveraging technology solutions, operational efficiency and overall performance.

The client is seeking an independent, results-driven candidate who can lead cross-functional teams and work well in a remote and multicultural team.
Key responsibilities : Lead digital transformation initiatives aimed at modernizing and enhancing digital engagement channels.
Lead, mentor, and manage a global professional team of managed staff and partners to align with key OEM and services partners with a focus on implementing new technologies, improving user interfaces, optimizing digital workflows, and integrating systems to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences.
Design, support and execute clients' digital transformation by providing expertise in uniting their vision with their technology needs.
Partner with the management team and lead the optimization of operations by evaluating and implementing new technologies, optimizing workforce management processes, and enhancing performance metrics and reporting.
Work closely with company executives to influence and steer the strategic direction of the company's AI initiatives, with a particular focus the creation of Microsoft based solution offerings.
Drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge generative models and AI solutions for both digital channels and contact center operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and guide the team to provide large multi vendor solutions.
Effectively communicate complex quantitative analyses and AI strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical team members.
Lead a team of Developers and Solution Architects focused on developing AI solution offerings. Responsible for maintaining technology operations to include systems administration, network management, telecommunications management, system and data security, system and data backup and emergency recovery plans.
Implements a best-in-class ticketing system for technology related technology needs, repairs, and maintenance. Develops protocols to ensure tickets are completed in a timely manner and accurately.
The ideal candidate will have : 8-10+ years of experience leading teams (remote and in-house) and proven industry experience in managing digital and technology products and solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent years of experience In-depth understanding of contact center technologies including telephony systems, strong understanding of Digital platforms, AI and integration patterns Spearhead process improvement, re-evaluating existing business processes to determine how they may change to support streamlined workflows and overall technology operations.
Develop IT business and budget plans that support both long-term and short-term objectives. Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget, analyzing capabilities, expenditures, etc.
Provide strategic direction to establish and lead the risk management and cyber security program governance, risk and compliance management processes and technologies, and information security technical operations.
Establish (analyze, define, prioritize and implement) an efficient framework of repeatable, scalable processes for a dynamic, centralized IT organization servicing multiple business units.
Previous experience with R&D Tax credits and / or other technology grants is a plus.
