• What You’ll Be Doing :
• Process hourly and salary payroll for 600+ employees.
• Maintain accurate information in HRIS systems.
• Act as subject matter expert for time and attendance systems.
• Manage STD / LTD claims and liaise with insurance providers.
• Develop and deliver employee training programs.
• Support workplace investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Complete month-end corporate reporting and ad hoc HR reports.###
• What We’re Looking For :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.###
• Bonus Points If You Have :
• Experience with Workday, Dayforce, and ADP.
• Advanced HR certifications.###
