Senior UX Designer

Your role and responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Drive end-to-end UX design from discovery through delivery.
• Design AI experiences including conversation flows, agent affordances, explainability, and uncertainty handling.
• Create clear information architecture, journey maps, and interaction models.
• Produce wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate behavior and intent.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, tokens, and components.
• Ensure accessibility compliance aligned with WCAG 2.1+.
• Partner with engineering on design handoff and implementation support.
• Use research and analytics to iterate and improve solutions.
