Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Capital Markets Trade Associate for an initial 12 month contract.
This role is currently hybrid in Toronto.
Responsibilities Include :
- Summarize the data from various systems to draw insights into productivity, efficiency and profitability
- Work the data that comes out of our billing system, deposit systems, product implementation system, customer service system and help desk systems data to be used in determining operational effectiveness
- Work with the help desk management team to source the data from the system
- Determine which metrics are adequate to manage the team and produce score cards
Qualifications :
- Strong Excel skills (particularly Pivot Tables) : 5 years
- Strong SQL skills : 5 years
- Python, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate (Nice to Have)
