Robert Half is recruiting for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to fulfill a role for our Edmonton Client. As the successful candidate for this role, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible to develop a full range of marketing resources and manage ongoing marketing projects. You will leverage the client’s brand and build upon defined marketing strategies You will utilize your top-level skill in the theories, concepts and principles used in the implementation of marketing and communication technologies. Once keys deliverables are met this person will hire for a graphics / web design position and subsequent positions as required. This role is based in Edmonton, AB, the person will start in office and transition to hybrid if desired

Job Requirements : MUST HAVE :

• 5 + years of proven success in a relatable role with proven experience in B2B Marketing strategies and communications (business comm, writing, design)
• Proficient working knowledge and skill in producing website creation and management, content writing, social media
• Proven working success in integrating a business into established processes, sourcing and managing team members and contractors
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills with strong ability to transfer knowledge into executed strategies
• Solid ability for stakeholder relationship / management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well cross-functionally in a collaborative team environment
• Strong project management knowledge and ability to successfully manage multiple projects to consistently deliver high quality results on-time
• Post-Secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
