Job Description
There are several administrative roles needed to support the sales and operations teams. We have an immediate need for a Contractor Sales Admin at our Kent location – 62 Colonel Joseph Scott Drive Lower Sackville.
Responsibilities
- Use the latest ERP software system to specialize in the daily administration of customer orders and shipments while communicating with multiple internal departments.
- Ensure quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders are prepared in a timely fashion.
- Ability to track customer job stages and plan accordingly.
- Be the point of contact for customers and sales team.
- Creating reports and files as required.
- Following proper procedures.
Qualifications
Should be a team and result-oriented driven person.Have a strong sense of urgency.Have knowledge about customer service best practices.Have strong attention to detail.Microsoft Office skills.Experience in a similar role is an asset.Seniority Level
