Base pay range

CA$83.00 / hr - CA$85.00 / hr

Job Description

• The Designer will provide drafting and detailing support for structural design of the BWRX-300 Reactor Building from preliminary phase through construction documents.
• Preparation of 3D Revit structural models and 2D drawings and details of structural building systems.
• Create definitions of parts, modules, and assemblies in the form of 3D models, 2D cross sections, section details, tolerance stack-ups, and various electronic data formats to support analysis, manufacturing, assembly, tooling, and inspection.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a structural discipline, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy / strategy.
• Has knowledge of structural drafting and design best practices, including interfaces with mechanical piping, HVAC and electrical.
• Design activity will require knowledge of design principles and drafting procedure.
