We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Public Relations department in executing communications and media strategies to promote our brand, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Media Relations : Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, including researching journalists, managing media lists, and coordinating outreach.
• Event Coordination : Support the planning and execution of media events, product launches, press conferences, and other public relations activities.
• Media Monitoring : Track, analyze, and report on media coverage and PR performance metrics. Monitor industry trends, competitor coverage, and relevant news.
• Administrative Support : Organize and maintain PR assets, such as press kits, media databases, and contact lists. Coordinate schedules and assist with general office tasks.
• Collaborative Support : Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with PR software or media databases is a plus.
• Knowledge of AP style or similar editorial standards.
