What you'll do
Strategy & Planning :
Develop and execute the in-store mobility roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals. Identify emerging technologies and trends to keep the organization at the forefront of retail mobility solutions.
Technology Implementation :
Oversee deployment and maintenance of mobile devices, applications, and connectivity solutions across stores. Ensure integration with POS, inventory, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
Operational Excellence :
Establish best practices for device management, security, and compliance. Monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
Collaboration & Leadership :
Partner with IT, store operations, and vendor teams to deliver scalable solutions. Lead and mentor a team of mobility specialists and support staff.
Customer & Associate Experience :
Drive initiatives that improve associate productivity and enhance customer interactions through mobile tools. Gather feedback from stores to continuously improve usability and functionality.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in retail technology or mobility solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of mobile device management (MDM), wireless networking, and retail systems integration.
Excellent project management and vendor management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with iOS / Android enterprise deployments.
Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.
Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards (PCI, GDPR).
