Job description

About the Role

Our client, a financial services and wealth management firm, is currently seeking an office administrator to join their team in Markham, ON.

Responsibilities

  • Pull physical paper documents for clients.
  • General data entry and documentation.
  • Sort, verify, input, and scan documents into the internal platform.
  • Save scanned documents to our shared drive and, with direction, shred the original documents.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in an office setting OR a graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or Commerce.
  • Able to work 5 days a week in office in Markham, ON.
  • Start a new job on Jan 5, 2026.
  • Duration

    6‑month contract to start with opportunity of extension or conversion to permanent.

    Pay & Benefits

    Pay : $20 - $21 / hr.

    Full onsite position in Markham, ON.
