What You Will Do :
Conduct investigations through review of internal / external data / systems per department Standard Operating ProceduresInvestigate Member behavior in contravention of CAA SCO & CAA MB Membership Terms & Conditions and perform root cause analysisSupport ERS Compliance, CCG Legal and other business units with investigative work as requestedUse various systems such as SAP, D3, CPMS, and RMSLiaise with local law enforcement at the direction of area managementProvide recommendations for action post‑investigationWork with the SIU II team to ensure actions are conducted in a timely manner and questions are resolved quicklyBased on root cause analysis and case investigations, provide recommendations to the Call Centre, Dispatch, and Network Relations departments to mitigate misuse activitiesProvide recommendations to the Marketing department for additions / clarifications of clauses within the Membership Terms and Conditions to ensure appropriate use is clear to our MembersProvide recommendations to enhancements of the tools used to conduct case investigations as neededPresent on SIU cases / topics to internal AssociatesPlease note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are :
Minimum 3+ years of professional working history completed or in progressPost‑Secondary degree / diploma in a related field such as risk management, investigations, or law enforcement, and / or additional training or certification in a related discipline (e.g., CFE, Licensed PI)Completion of or willingness to obtain Private Investigator License per Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005Completion of or willingness to obtain Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certificationStrong problem‑solving skills and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environmentSuperior organization skills and dedication to completing work in a timely mannerAbility to maintain confidentialityProficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelProficiency in Microsoft Windows 11Experience with Microsoft collaboration platforms — Skype, Teams, SharePointExperience with Microsoft OutlookExperience with conducting internet searches across a variety of platforms including Google, and social media — Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedInProficiency in online mapping tools including Google Maps and MapQuestExperience with SAP or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning systemExperience with D3 or a similar dispatching platformExperience with Avaya Contact Recorder or Avaya QM15Knowledge of CAA’s Membership Terms and Conditions and Roadside policies and procedures is considered an assetPlease note that we may use AI tools to help us through the recruitment process.
